Improve Peralta Oaks North Project

Remodel an existing 4-level office building consisting of four levels of office/administration and parking. The existing building is owned by the District and the renovation will create a new state of the art LEED Gold certified facility serving the District’s various emergency operations and life safety operations. The total square footage (SF) of the existing building and renovation is 99,170 SF.
